We start by listening. A senior architect or specialist will spend time understanding your current state, your goals, and your constraints — technical, commercial, and organisational. We ask the questions most consultancies skip.

Design
We design solutions that are fit for purpose — not over-engineered and not undersized. Our architects produce clear technical designs, with explicit trade-offs documented so your stakeholders can make informed decisions.
We validate architectures early, using proof-of-concept work where appropriate, so expensive mistakes are caught before they reach production.
Deliver
We work in short, outcome-focused sprints. Every sprint delivers something tangible — functionality your team can test, data your stakeholders can see, or infrastructure your operations team can validate.
We communicate clearly and often. If something changes — technically, commercially, or in scope — we tell you immediately, with a clear view of the impact and options.

We work on clear daily rates with no hidden costs. We will tell you upfront how many days we estimate a piece of work will take, what assumptions we are making, and what could cause that to change.
If scope changes, we discuss it openly and agree a way forward before proceeding. We would rather have a difficult conversation early than deliver an invoice shock at the end of an engagement.
Architecture Review
A focused review of your current or planned architecture by a senior Radimaging architect. Typically 3–5 days. You receive a written report with prioritised findings and recommendations.
Project Delivery
End-to-end delivery of a defined scope — from design through to production. We assemble the right specialists for your technology stack and work in sprints with regular stakeholder checkpoints.
Embedded Specialist
A senior Radimaging specialist joins your team for an agreed period — leading specific workstreams, mentoring your engineers, or filling a critical skills gap on a running programme.
Advisory & Strategy
Strategic technology advisory for leadership teams considering major transformation programmes, AI adoption, or platform migrations. We provide honest, independent guidance — not a roadmap to more consulting days.
