Website analytics
With your consent, we collect anonymised usage data through Microsoft Application Insights, including pages visited, browser type, and approximate geographic region. This data does not identify you personally.
Cookies and local storage
We use session cookies necessary for the website to function (Blazor Server / SignalR) and store your cookie consent preference in browser local storage. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use your data
- Contact form submissions — to respond to your enquiry and, if engagement follows, to manage our business relationship with you.
- Analytics data — to understand how our website is used and to improve it.
Lawful basis
We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interests — responding to business enquiries is a core activity of Radimaging Limited. We process analytics data on the basis of consent, which you give or withhold via the cookie banner.
How long we keep your data
Contact form enquiries are retained for up to 24 months. If an engagement results from an enquiry, we retain relevant records for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years (in line with UK limitation periods). Analytics data is retained by Microsoft Application Insights for 90 days by default.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate this website:
- Microsoft Azure — hosting, email, and telemetry (Application Insights)
- Azure Communication Services — for sending contact form acknowledgement emails
All providers are subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
International transfers
Microsoft Azure services used by Radimaging are hosted in UK and EU data centres. Any transfers outside the UK/EEA are covered by appropriate transfer mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses or UK adequacy decisions).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent (for analytics cookies, via your browser or our cookie banner)
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
